Our BodyBURN classes emphasize the fundamental components of CrossFit (fully-functional and constantly varied workouts at high-intensity), without the technical olympic barbell movements. BodyBURN is for everyone, regardless of experience; novice athletes can expect extraordinary support and physical transformations while advanced athletes will experience dynamic workouts that change daily.
Routine is the enemy…Our CrossFit program is designed, purposefully, within its own definition: a fully functional system of constantly varied movements, performed at high intensity. This system remains a quantifiable and trackable approach to elite fitness, allowing our athletes to track their unique progress in their journey of fitness.
Employing the 10 Aspects of Fitness (endurance, stamina, speed, power, strength, accuracy, balance, coordination, flexibility and agility), we assault the mundane tropes of exercise with daily structured and planned elements of olympic lifting, and random physical and neuromuscular challenges. We believe CrossFit develops fitness to the extent that it vastly improves each of these 10 aspects, and to be involved with our CrossFit program is to be included in the world-class approach in attaining elite fitness.
(Experience in CrossFit or testing out of our On-Ramp program required).
BRC On-Ramp/Intro to CrossFit
This series is our prerequisite program for all athletes new to CrossFit, covering all methodology, safety and fundamentals of the sport. Condensed into a few private sessions, the coach will provide technical instruction on CrossFit’s Olympic Barbell Lifts.
As an introduction to CrossFit, this program will give every athlete a technical foundation for proper form and technique utilized as the basis of functional fitness. As each athlete grows, these techniques translate to elite efficacy, power, and (most importantly) injury prevention. Every athlete engaged in the sport of CrossFit matriculates through a fundamentals program, and your coaches and fellow athletes would expect the same from you!
Our 3-Session On Ramp Program is offered for the very special pricing of $150 (Normally $250). These 3 One-on-One sessions run on:
Tuesday: 2:00 - 7:00pm
Thursday: 2:00 - 7:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am or 9:30am

**If you are new to Blue Republic, but experienced in CrossFit and would like to test out of our On-Ramp Program, please email Leticia@bluerepublic.fitness to reserve a coach 15 minutes before your desired class. Be prepared to demo some movements that are required of CrossFit.
