Our BodyBURN classes emphasize the fundamental components of CrossFit (fully-functional and constantly varied workouts at high-intensity), without the technical olympic barbell movements. BodyBURN is for everyone, regardless of experience; novice athletes can expect extraordinary support and physical transformations while advanced athletes will experience dynamic workouts that change daily.
Routine is the enemy…Our CrossFit program is designed, purposefully, within its own definition: a fully functional system of constantly varied movements, performed at high intensity. This system remains a quantifiable and trackable approach to elite fitness, allowing our athletes to track their unique progress in their journey of fitness.
Employing the 10 Aspects of Fitness (endurance, stamina, speed, power, strength, accuracy, balance, coordination, flexibility and agility), we assault the mundane tropes of exercise with daily structured and planned elements of olympic lifting, and random physical and neuromuscular challenges.
(Experience in CrossFit or testing out of our On-Ramp program required).
BRC On-Ramp/Intro to CrossFit
This series is our prerequisite program for all athletes new to CrossFit, covering all methodology, safety and fundamentals of the sport. Condensed into a few private sessions, the coach will provide technical instruction on CrossFit’s Olympic Barbell Lifts.
As an introduction to CrossFit, this program will give every athlete a technical foundation for proper form and technique utilized as the basis of functional fitness. As each athlete grows, these techniques translate to elite efficacy, power, and (most importantly) injury prevention. Every athlete engaged in the sport of CrossFit matriculates through a fundamentals program, and your coaches and fellow athletes would expect the same from you!
Our 3-Session On Ramp Program is offered for the very special pricing of $150 (Normally $250). These 3 One-on-One sessions run on:
Monday-Friday: 3:30pm - 4:30pm

**If you are new to Blue Republic, but experienced in CrossFit and would like to test out of our On-Ramp Program, please email Leticia@bluerepublic.fitness to reserve a coach 15 minutes before your desired class. Be prepared to demo some movements that are required of CrossFit.
Bypassing the On Ramp Program is AT OUR DISCRETION. We are here to ensure you learn the fundamentals of CrossFit for injury prevention and efficiency!
Join our very own 1st Lieutenant Peyton Harris (USAF) as he rips you through blazing bodyweight and endurance challenges designed to push your limits without the barbell. The workouts will be as varied as the imagination, held inside and/or outside of the gym. Your increase in stamina, speed and strength will stand as testimony to how creative and effective we can be with limited equipment and complexity.
Free Form Friday
Fridays are our free-flowing day, with an Open-Gym style formatting. We’ve eliminated formal class times (just for Fridays!) to make way for a new dynamic of fitness.
Group Classes are awesome. Nothing beats arriving for class and seeing your friends gearing up, ready to sweat it out with you on the battlefield. But our time working one-on-one with Personal Clients got us thinking: why is it we can command better results with one-on-one training? It’s no secret: results are directly correlated to a personalized system, specific in design to an individual athlete.
We’re looking forward to instilling a sense of ownership into your personal fitness. This is your journey. We’re riding with you, but we want you in the diver’s seat. And, we agree—there’s something special about showing up, and letting Coach tell you what to do—no thought required. Rest easy: you’ll still have that 6 times a week. But, for the one day— you’re in charge.
Welcome to gym-school, kiddos. This is where you learn to deploy critical thinking: what needs work? What needs development? Mobility? Speed? Strength? Endurance? Skills? This is a day to attack the margins, and a day to learn to assess your needs and activate some individually-designed growth.
You’ll have the stellar BRC coaching staff 100% available from 5:30am to 1pm. And then again from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. Ask questions, but develop your ideas before you step foot inside the gym. And if you’re stumped, we’ll also have a pre-fabricated workout for you on the board!
It’s freedom, even from time constraint: you’re no longer held to rigid class times or an arbitrary 60 minute period. Think fast. Or, draw it out and slow it down. The combinations are endless.
Blue Republic CrossFit is thrilled to offer West LA’s first CrossFit program specifically tailored to the needs of adults and seniors! The goal of this program is to prevent injury, increase mobility, and offer exercises that improve general wellness and daily living.
Regardless of medical and athletic history, fitness experience, or level of mobility, BRC Legacy will promote and maintain a healthy quality of life through active aging. BRC Legacy utilizes functional fitness movements that we need every day, regardless of age: squat, lift, push, walk and support our own body weight.
We understand that rigid schedules can be challenging so we created a special pricing offer for our Legacy members of ONLY $155 for a 10-pack of classes. With this package you can attend any 10 Legacy classes of your choosing - around your schedule!
